The Membership Assembly provides the members and allies of Make the Road New York the opportunity to get together and present their campaigns to their fellow members as well as politicians. This gives politicians the opportunity to listen to us and our needs. This event will have hundreds of Make the Road NY members in attendance and we need to make sure our LGBTQ presence is known!!

Globe is a group of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning and queer people primarily from communities of color in Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, Brownsville and other parts of central and north Brooklyn. Our mission is to empower our communities through organizing and education. Our membership is intergenerational, ranging from age 14 to over 50.
